1. Appointment Booking
• All appointments must be booked in advance through online booking system.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
• Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a fee of $25.00.

3. Arrival and Punctuality
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) may result in shortened service time or rescheduling at the stylist's discretion.
• If you are running late, please inform the stylist as soon as possible.

4. Health and Safety
• Clients should inform the stylist of any scalp conditions or allergies prior to the appointment.
• Microlocs require consistent maintenance to ensure they stay healthy and intact. If you have any scalp issues, the stylist may recommend a consultation before beginning the service.

5. Hair Care and Maintenance
• Clients must follow aftercare instructions provided by the stylist to maintain the quality and longevity of their microlocs.
• The stylist will provide guidance on the frequency of retightening sessions. Typically, microloc clients should return every 6-8 weeks for maintenance.

6. Consultation
• A consultation is required for all new clients before starting any microloc services. This helps assess the hair type, length, and the client's desired style.
• A consultation fee may be charged, and it will be credited toward future services if the client proceeds with the booking.

7. Pricing and Payment
• Pricing for services will be discussed during the consultation. The cost of services may vary based on hair length, density, and desired style.
• Full payment for services is due upon completion. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and Zelle.

8. Client Responsibilities
• Clients should arrive with clean, dry hair unless instructed otherwise.
• Clients should refrain from using products like oils, gels, or heavy conditioners in their hair before an appointment, as this can interfere with the styling process.

9. Refunds and Adjustments
• No refunds will be given once the service is completed.
• If there are any issues with the style or service, clients must notify the stylist within two days for a follow-up appointment or adjustment.

10. Professionalism
• Both the stylist and client are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor at all times.
• Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate or disruptive will result in the termination of the session.

11. Privacy and Confidentiality
• The stylist respects your privacy and will not share any personal information without your consent.
• All images or videos of the client's hair for promotional purposes will be used only with prior consent.
